Overview

We want you to feel confident when purchasing Nano Banana Pro subscriptions, credits, or commercial add-ons. This policy outlines refundable scenarios, required documentation, and processing times for transactions completed via nano-bananapro.com (custom agreements prevail if applicable).

Refund window

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Requests filed after 7 days are declined regardless of reason.

Eligibility requirements (all must be met)

  • Usage: Fewer than 10 AI tasks (generation or editing) were executed after purchase.
  • Credits: At least 80% of purchased credits remain unused.
  • Compliance: No Terms of Service violations or risk flags.
  • Order type: Paid subscriptions or credit packs only; trials or gifted credits are ineligible.

How to apply

Email support@nano-bananapro.com within the 7-day window and include the following:

  • Account email plus order or invoice number;
  • Purchase channel (Stripe, Creem, in-app checkout, etc.);
  • A short explanation of the refund reason;
  • A statement confirming you meet the usage and credit thresholds above.

Incomplete submissions will be returned for edits and may miss the deadline.

Non-refundable scenarios

  • Requests submitted after 7 days;
  • More than 10 tasks completed or over 20% of credits consumed;
  • Subscription renewals (you may cancel future charges but the current cycle is nonrefundable);
  • Trials, promotions, or gifted credits;
  • Orders explicitly marked as nonrefundable (e.g., large promotional discounts);
  • Accounts that violate the Terms of Service, trigger fraud reviews, or are banned.

Nano Banana Pro retains sole discretion to determine refund eligibility.

Annual subscription transaction fee

Approved refunds for annual plans incur a 4% processing fee to cover payment handling and administrative costs from the original transaction.

Partial refunds

If you partially used the service, we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion, factoring in:

  • The ratio of used versus remaining credits;
  • Time elapsed since purchase;
  • Whether commercial entitlements were activated;
  • Whether a confirmed technical issue on our side was involved.

Partial refunds are at Nano Banana Pro's sole discretion. Please back up any assets you wish to keep before submitting a request.

Subscription management

  • Email support@nano-bananapro.com anytime to cancel or downgrade your subscription.
  • After canceling, you keep access to remaining credits and benefits until the end of the paid billing cycle.
  • We do not prorate refunds within an active billing period; commercial entitlements remain valid until the cycle ends.

Commercial license guidance

Commercial usage rights are tied to the active subscription or credit pack. Once a refund is approved, those rights end on the refund effective date, and refunded assets must not be used for new commercial purposes.

For customers who purchased commercial plans or add-on licenses: the associated entitlements expire immediately after the refund, and renewed commercial use requires purchasing another eligible plan.

Once a refund is approved, commercial entitlements terminate immediately and no longer carry legal protections or rights.

Any assets already deployed for commercial purposes must cease further use unless you repurchase an eligible license or obtain written permission; continuing without authorization may incur legal liability.

The same refund rules apply; if a request is denied or rights are revoked due to violations, the commercial license cannot be transferred or reinstated.

If you still need commercial rights after the refund, please repurchase an eligible plan before the prior license expires and comply with the requirements outlined in the Terms of Service.

Data handling after refunds

After a refund is completed, we may:

  • Billing records, invoices, and risk logs tied to the refund are retained per the Privacy Policy to satisfy financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Creation data—reference assets, prompts, outputs—follow the standard retention window (typically 30 days). You may delete them manually; otherwise, the system removes them according to compliance guidelines.
  • Delete or purge generation outputs, prompts, and files associated with the refunded order unless law requires retention.
  • Personal details and payment information are stored or anonymized as required by law. Communications exchanged during the refund review are archived as evidence.
  • Retain necessary billing metadata to meet regulatory and accounting requirements (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Deactivate related accounts or API access to prevent continued use of refunded entitlements.

All post-refund data handling adheres to the Privacy Policy and may involve cross-border transfers or compliance audits.

Auto-renewal

All paid plans renew automatically using the original payment method. Upcoming renewal dates are shown on your invoices or billing portal.

You can disable auto-renewal at any time via the billing console or by emailing support to avoid future charges; the current billing period remains valid after cancellation.

To stop auto-renewal, contact support@nano-bananapro.com or disable it in the console at least 48 hours before the next charge. Charges that occur before cancellation will be handled according to this policy.

Relation to Terms of Service

This refund policy applies alongside the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the stricter requirement prevails.

Policy updates

We may update this policy at any time, and the latest version takes effect upon publication. By continuing to use Nano Banana Pro, you accept the most recent version.
