Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for purchasing Nano Banana Pro. We aim to provide a clear and fair refund policy for all customers. This policy applies to subscriptions, credit packs, and other paid services purchased through the official Nano Banana Pro website.

Refund window

• You may submit a refund request within 7 days of a successful purchase.
• Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase are generally not eligible, unless otherwise required by law.

Refund eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• No more than 2 successful AI generation or editing tasks have been completed after purchase.
• No more than 5% of the paid credits from the order or current billing cycle have been used, and the used paid credits do not exceed 100 credits, whichever is lower.
• The account has not violated our Terms of Service, triggered abuse or fraud reviews, or engaged in abnormal refund behavior.
• The order is a real paid order. Gift credits, promotional credits, trial benefits, and free credits are not refundable.

Failed tasks do not count as successful usage. If credits were automatically returned for failed tasks, those credits will not count as used paid credits.

Used credit deduction

If paid credits have been used before a refund is approved, we may deduct the value of the used credits from the refund amount.

For refund calculation purposes, 1 paid credit is valued at USD $0.03.

Used credit deduction = number of used paid credits x USD $0.03.

The deduction for used credits will not exceed the actual amount paid for the order.

If the order was paid in CNY or another currency, the deduction may be converted to the original payment currency using the applicable exchange rate at the time of refund processing.

Payment fees and other costs

Where applicable, non-refundable payment processing fees, bank charges, taxes, or currency conversion costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Approved refunds for annual plans are subject to a 4% processing fee to cover payment handling and administrative costs from the original transaction.

Non-refundable scenarios

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

• The request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
• More than 2 successful AI generation or editing tasks have been completed.
• More than 5% of the paid credits from the order or billing cycle have been used, or more than 100 paid credits have been used.
• The service has been substantially used, including content generation, downloads, commercial use, or batch testing.
• Subscription renewal payments, unless there is a confirmed technical issue on our side or otherwise required by law.
• Gift credits, promotional credits, trial benefits, or free credits.
• Accounts involving Terms of Service violations, abuse, fraud, risk reviews, or malicious refund behavior.
• Orders explicitly marked as non-refundable, including certain promotional, heavily discounted, or special orders.

Subscription refunds and cancellations

• You may contact us at any time to cancel future subscription renewals.
• After cancellation, you may continue using the remaining benefits until the end of the current paid billing cycle, unless a refund has been approved.
• If a subscription refund is approved, the current billing cycle benefits will end immediately, remaining subscription credits will be revoked, and the account will no longer have access to the related paid features or commercial rights.

Credit pack refunds

• If a credit pack refund is approved, any remaining unused credits from that credit pack will be revoked.
• If some paid credits have already been used, we may deduct the used portion at USD $0.03 per paid credit.
• Gift credits, registration credits, promotional credits, and free credits are not included in the refundable amount.

Benefits after refund

After a refund is completed:

• Remaining credits related to the refunded order will be revoked.
• Related subscription benefits, commercial rights, and premium features will end.
• Content associated with the refunded order may not be used for new commercial purposes unless a valid license is purchased again.
• Billing, payment, risk review, and support communication records may be retained as required for accounting, compliance, and privacy purposes.

Refund processing time

Required information

To request a refund, please provide:

• Account email address.
• Order number, invoice number, or payment receipt.
• Purchase channel, such as Stripe, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other supported methods.
• A brief reason for the refund request.
• Confirmation that your usage meets the refund eligibility requirements.

Relation to Terms of Service

This refund policy applies alongside the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the stricter requirement prevails.

Policy updates

We may update this policy at any time, and the latest version takes effect upon publication. By continuing to use Nano Banana Pro, you accept the most recent version.

Final decision

Nano Banana Pro will review refund eligibility based on account usage, payment records, credit consumption, risk status, and this refund policy.

We reserve the right to approve, decline, or offer a partial refund at our reasonable discretion.
